This chili sauce is very hard to find outside of Thailand so grab it whenever you can!

After a rough week of endless meetings and controversy I woke up late this Saturday. My first meal of the day needed to taste good and be visually appealing... something simple but with an accent!

Accents make day to day conversations interesting. The same goes for food whether it's the spices used or something that visually adds a punch.

I ended up toasting English muffins and topping them with spinach, melted gouda cheese, and poached eggs. The spinach ticked the healthy box and the poached eggs allowed me to get fancy by using vinegar and the boiling whirlpool technique.

I then reached for a bottle of Heinz chili sauce for the finishing touch. I first saw this chili sauce while on vacation in Thailand. I saw bottles of the sauce at the breakfast buffet table (in the hotel where I was staying) and used a few drops to dip my scrambled eggs into.
